John McVeigh

John McVeigh

John was born in Birstall West Yorkshire, and in 1982 embarked on his career in the Financial Services Industry with the Co Operative Insurance Society (CIS Ltd), he then moved in 1998 to Standard Life Assurance Company to develop his experience and knowledge.

In 2001 he established Bede Financial Services.

John is an avid supporter of most spectator sports, however the Batley Bulldogs Rugby League club are his first passion, and for his past sins he is a keen Leeds United fan. In recent years he has taken an interest in Marske United FC his local amateur football club.

He is a member of Saltburn 41 Club, and a past chairman of Saltburn and Redcar Round Table.

Tony McHugh

Tony has lived and worked around the UK, working mainly for major financial institutions, eventually settling in Teesside in 1998 with his wife and two daughters.

He claims his spare time is taken up with keeping fit ? at the gym and spending time with his family.

Tony is a keen Newcastle United supporter.

He has gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge over the years in all aspects of financial planning. He has an in depth knowledge of mortgages due to his 10 years at Woolwich plc (now part of Barclays) where his last position was as a District Manager.
